Step back into the elegance of a bygone era with a visit to Retford Park, the grand Southern Highlands estate once home to media magnate James Fairfax.

Explore the beautifully restored Italianate mansion and its manicured gardens, gaining insight into the region’s history and heritage.

The day then continues to Bowral, where you’ll relax and unwind at the scenic Centennial Vineyards, enjoying a guided wine tasting and soaking up sweeping vineyard views across the rolling highlands.
