Alura Coaches operate according to the following requirements:
Transport for NSW Coach Operator Accreditation, audited on a regular basis.
All servicing is carried out by vehicle Manufacturer to the recommended service schedules.
Coaches are GPS tracked.
Coaches are cleaned and sanitised daily after use.
Alura Coach Drivers operate according to the following standards:
Transport for NSW Coach Driver accreditation.
All drivers are monitored for speed and time.
All drivers have basic first aid training.
All drivers are chosen for their fun, friendly and professional manner.
All drivers are cleared to work with Children by the Federal Government

All Alura Coaches are modern European sourced coaches with air conditioning, reclining fabric covered seats, seat belts, foot rests, curtains on the panoramic windows, two door access, restrooms and lowering devices to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable journey.

When hiring a coach, consider factors such as the type of event, capacity, safety, amenities, cost, and the reputation of the coach company. You want to ensure the vehicles are well-maintained, the drivers are experienced, and that the terms of the contract are clear before making your decision. We meet all of these criteria.

You can request a quote online and we will respond ASAP or call us for a quick quote. If you are happy with the quote we can book the coach straight away and send you an emailed booking confirmation. Check out our online quote page. Alternatively please call us on 02 9540 0900.

Payment is managed via invoice.
Customers with an approved trading account will be invoiced in line with their agreed trading terms.
Customers without a trading account are required to pay the invoice in full prior to departure. Payment can be made by credit card or EFT, with payment details provided on the invoice.
Please note that we do not make tentative bookings and do not accept deposits.

For cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the booked time of departure, providing we haven’t booked extra services like meals, accommodation etc. on your behalf and the tour duration is less than 3 days you are entitled to 100% refund within a few business days.
For bookings that include meals and accommodation or in excess of 3 days these will be considered on a case by case basis.
If you cancel less than 24 hours and before 3 hours prior to the booked time of departure, you are entitled to 50% refund.
If you cancel within 3 hours of the booked departure time or fail to cancel, a 100% cancellation fee is payable.

Talk to us as we can accommodate most mobility issues and it’s easier to manage in advance than solve on the day.

Yes we always recommend calling us at least 24 hours prior to reconfirm just to double check everything is as you require as many bookings are made well in advance and things change.

No, it's against the law.

We have one fixing point on a seat to which a baby capsule can be attached, you need to bring your own capsule and let us know. Otherwise our seating is designed to accommodate children safely and comfortably.

We ask you to limit your luggage to one bag weighing no more than 20kg and a small carry-on (airline size) that can be stowed in the rack above the seat.
